If I have ever had to phone them for a query or change details on my policy they have been both pleasant and helpful. They will answer all my questions politely and do not make me feel inferior. I have not had to make a claim on my insurance so I cannot review how they would handle it but they make me feel confident that it would be handled professionally and courteously. Rac are the best when it comes to insurance

I have been with the RAC for just a little over 8 years and I find they cater for my every need when it comes to insurance and breakdown, I have phoned them and they give a great service and a kind phone manner, I would recommend RAC to anyone, from new drivers to the elderly, RAC has more motoring experience than any other Breakdown organisation, THAT IS THEIR SAYING AND IT SHOWS WHEN IT COMES TO HOW WELL THEY TREAT YOU, i HAVE NEVER BEEN LEFT AT THE SIDE OF THE ROAD LONGER THAN 2 HOURS, Polite and efficient. Website easy to navigate, Sensible pricing and easy to understand the process of applying. Covering the member rather than vehicle is also good. Product: Thankfully not had to use the service yet.
