Bunch of thieves!

Bunch of thieves! Do not insure a newly passed young driver. They make you pay 2 months insurance £361.07 up front ( at the time I thought this was odd) now I know why! My son had a black box fitted and had been insured for just over 2 weeks. This morning I had an email saying they were cancelling his insurance due to 1 instance of speeding . No warning, just cancelled straight away. Why not tell us what is acceptable and what is not, there must be some leeway? They said there’s a £180 cancellation fee and an extra £47.22 to pay on top on the 2 months insurance he’d already paid for. £408.29 for 2 weeks insurance!! Daylight robbery! Their quote might be cheaper than others but they’ll take all of your cash and cancel your policy. Avoid at all costs! Reviewed on: 4th June 2024

I've had a really positive experience with Acorn from the start. Their customer service has been excellent all throughout. The team are very friendly, helpful and explained everything clearly without ever rushing me. Whenever i've had any questions, they've been quick to respond and genuinely supportive.
