I made a claim within 1 week of my return from holiday when i realised i've lost my designer sunglasses and Airpods. i was told my claim was rejected because it wasn't made within 24 hours. Please tell me who's going to realise they've lost a non-essential item/belonging within 24 hours of a return holiday? Bare in mind, I've provided all proof and documentation they've asked for to substantiate my claim. No my claim has been thrown out, I'm left out of pocket on sunglasses and Airpods which was the whole reason why I paid for Gadget cover in the first place!! The only issue I have is with the telemetrics on the app; despite scoring gold for every single drive I do, I still get an overall score of silver/bronze. My job means I travel frequently as a passenger in other people's cars - I used to diligently change my status to "passenger" for those journeys, but this seems to make no difference, as these journeys are the only reason I can see for my score not averaging as gold. As a gold score would possibly bring my premium down, I feel slightly cheated that this process isn't as accurate as it could be and this could do with looking into. Read more Read less
