Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Transparent

In that everything is easy to understand, no hidden clauses, you can clearly identify what you are paying for in relation to your policy and tailoring accordingly. Reviewed on: 19th August 2023

Inflation and costs.

Due to the cost of living I was not overly surprised by the rising cost, I had to make cut backs this year on my car insurance such as business insurance and taking a named driver off my insurance. These were small mercies in the grand scheme of things, so I value Admiral still for my affordable car insurance. Reviewed on: 19th August 2023

Price

I when I'm looking for new insurance company I'm checking on price first. I hate when offer for old customers is really bad when compared with new customers. This is why every year I'm looking for new company. I hope admiral is not one of those companies. If it is I will just change you as fast as I can. Reviewed on: 19th August 2023

Easy Process and Reasonable Prices

Thankfully, I haven't had to submit any claims however it was a quick and easy process to get insured with Admiral at a reasonable price.
