Competitive pricing and discount if you find a cheaper provider. Premiums on average have generally increased year upon year, but I believe this is likewise with other companies. Good customer support when dealing with insurance related claims or queries. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Insurance price keeps rising above inflation,

Insurance price keeps rising above inflation, Electric cars have been as a reason for premium increases. Electric cars should be under an insurance only for them to prevent their high costs affecting ICE cars. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Very expensive, every year

Always increasing my premium, every year is the same even with no claims. I try to call them and spent hours waiting in a queue. Very poor, but if you can be bothered to wait for many hours then they will usually drop the price by up to 50%. They prey instead and hope people cannot be bothered to queue. Competitively priced multi-cover of car and home. Needed to ring to ensure best price as separate cover with other companies revealed cheaper car insurance but home insurance was best price for the cover required. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Almost Fabulous

Great customer service, with quick and easy solutions.

Great customer service, with quick and easy solutions. I needed to cancel my insurance as I went travelling, and the customer service was excellent. I called up and they refunded me the amount I hadn't used with no problems. They have been extremely easy to use, give the best prices and I am currently insured with them again. Admiral's top marks for claim support..

Admiral's accident support is excellent, with claims settlement in under two weeks! The only downside is their online portal, while giving great access to a policy, it can only support a single policy per email address, and for a company that offers multiple insurance products in one it can be problematic.
