Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Most customer-centric insurance company I have ever seen in UK.

I love the app. I love the flexibility at which you can get a quote either for a temporary or complete car replacement. It's as if they read the minds of their customers for endless possibilities. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Always a professional service

Everytime the renewal comes in I have to ring and negotiate, a yearly ritual. However everytime the advisor patiently goes through everything and we normally end up with an agreed renewal.
