Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Multi car insurance experience

My partner has sleep apnea and our old insurance provider was absolutely hammering us in terms of the cost of their policy. Admiral offered a fair price from the start & remained competitive when we were given a quotation to renew, which we accepted. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Great multicover!

I took out multicover for car and home insurance with admiral. I spoke on the phone with a great advisor who made this process easy and quick to make sure I was fully covered. They were much cheaper than other insurers when having to purchase the two covers separately so this was one happy customer. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Renewal

I found the customer servi e personal helpful. They supported me to reduce my renewal quote swiftly. On one occasion I went to cancel with them and was asked why. I told them I have taken up a better quote and the said they could reduce still and dealt with canceling the other company which h took the headache out if things. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Japanese Imported Car Cover

Most mainstream insurers aren't interested in covering direct import cars. Luckily Admiral is/was an exception. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023
