Good

Never had an issues with Admiral. When it came to renewal, my renewal price was initially higher than the previous year. Phoned up and spoke to a lady who managed to reduce it without any haggling, so renewed for another year! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy breezy online service

Found the online service portal to be very good. I was able to claim for a new windscreen within minutes after a minor chip turned in to a crack! The online platform has a great layout so finding documents is not hard. When I first signed up via a price comparison website there was an error on my insurance history and this was investigated and sorted very quickly. The agent at hand for this issue was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recomend this insurance company to anyone especially young drivers. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Admiral was on board when the going got tough!!

I insure 3 cars , but Admiral was the only company that was supportive over the lock down period by giving a refund as our cars were not being used. With this we renewed our policy albeit it was not the cheapest. Well done Admiral !! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
