Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Quick 'n' easy

Admiral insurance was quick, easy and great to set up. Speaking to someone who was compassionate and knowledgeable made the whole process a dream. I keep on top of everything through the app and the newsletters really help with all things motoring, from little known hints and tips for efficient driving to keeping me updated with subtle changes to the highway code. I have been with admiral for over 15 years. They started as just my car insurance but they have since given me a loan and home insurance. Each time I need something the service is amazing. Versatile Family Insurance

I started with Admiral as stand alone car insurance customer. As my children have grown I have moved to Multi car and various guises of provisional and named driver insurance. Each renewal has matched competitive pricing and I have paid very little for making changes to my policy and paid nothing if the change can be completed online.
