Price matched

Disappointed that renewal price went up dramatically, but price as a new customer was nearer to previous premium. After speaking to Admiral on the phone, they did price match, but I thought that this wasn’t supposed to happen (renewal price should be same as that for new customers, not more expensive) Otherwise, cover levels, communication and customer service are all good Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Can't Touch This

Always competitive.

Always had multi cover. Originally 2 cars but now car and house. Only ever had 1 claim in many years which was handled promptly and without fuss. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Good customer service

I have kept my car insuramce with Admiral for several years as their customer service has always been good. I sometimes have to wait for my call to be answered at busy times, but the website is also good for easily accessing documents and making some changes. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023
