Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Always helpful, good communication

It never takes too long to get through on the phone and the person on the other end is always happy to help. They make any communication simple and easy. It usually takes a phone call to discuss the price of a renewal quote as the first quote is a little high but it always ends up at a competitive price and they do provide an excellent service. Admiral Car Insurance Review

Admiral were very helpful when my car insurance came for renewal. I rang the customer helpline to see if they could price match a quote I had gotten elsewhere and they managed to reduce my renewal quote. Easy access, quick response, fair prices!

The Admiral agent was really helpful and pleasant when I telephoned about renewing our multi-car policies. She explained various options available, didn’t try to coerce me to into anything and gave me further information to consider. When I requested details about adding Home insurance this was also transacted with speed and efficiency. My Experience With Admiral

For the past year and a half I have been with Admiral and its been amazing. The company has kept me up to date on any offers they have had by sending me frequent emails and they are the cheapest for car insurance and have been very helpful with advice for insurance on my car. Easy and simple

Admiral have an excellent online system. I have never needed to call them to implement changes to policy, renewal, and claims can be done online easily with no pushback. This saves time. Also they actually gave us a partial refund due to Covid 19 - which was a lovely surprise, and makes me want to continue with them as it seems they aren’t totally profit focused but actually on some level care about their customers.
