Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Renewal price cheaper

Admiral’s cover is clearly explained and my renewal price, unlike other providers, was cheaper the second year! Reviewed on: 4th September 2022

Consistently cheaper

Firstly when I passed my test and transferred form learning insurance to full. It was so quick and easy to transfer, it took about 6 minutes. Secondly it has been consistently cheaper than the competitors. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2022

Best value insurance as a younger driver!

Admiral has been amazing for my and my brother. They've provided the best value insurance, and after 3 years I still can't beat their price anywhere else. I've now managed to get my NCB up to 5 years too which feels like a massive accomplishment Reviewed on: 3rd September 2022
