Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Cheapest available and easiest to contact

Admiral were by far the cheapest insurance for me and they have an app which is very easy to navigate and access your policies. When I have had to contact them, they answer the phones quickly and are extremely helpful and polite. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 24th August 2022

Quick helpful customer service

Had a few payment issues and called to speak with one of your agents. The first one wasn’t entirely helpful and left me no options… However I called back to rediscuss my situation and the new agent I spoke with was very helpful, broke everything down for me and we came to a happy conclusion for both ends.
