Great communication

My husband was involved in a road collision a few months ago where the other party was to blame with significant evidence to prove this. The other party decided they would retract their full liability statement and opted to try saying it was joint. Admiral took everything into their hands and sorted out appropriate medical and emotional support for my husband and won the case. good service

I recently ended my insurance with Admiral for car insurance. When i queried the email they sent me at 2 in the morning re what I owed them for not cancelling on time, they were very apologetic and cancelled the payment straight away as I had in fact cancelled on time Reviewed on: 14th July 2017

Helpful enough but nothing special

They are helpful and easy enough to use, but charged me an absolute fortune when my vehicle broke down and needed collecting. Reviewed on: 13th July 2017

Problem-free experience

Adequate

An ok service. Cheapest car insurance quote by some way. BUT....very disappointed to discover that Admiral now asks if anyone on the policy has attended a speed awareness course, and there is an increase in the price for doing so. I thought the whole idea behind these courses was to keep your license free from points and that there would be so subsequent insurance effect. Yet another money-making scam by insurance companies. Fabulous Insurance Company

I have had 2 car insurance claims with this company in the last 3 years and they have been fantastic. They keep you very well informed by text message/email/phone etc. and also offer me very good renewal rates. Reviewed on: 5th July 2017
