Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Very helpful and friendly, and very good outcome to my two recent callsy

First call to add my son temporarily dealt with very easily, added at no extra cost for a short period which was very helpful, second call regarding imminent renewal also resulted in positive outcome - reduced premium. Reviewed on: 19th August 2022

Easy & affordable

User friendly and always helpful

I had to claim for a car written off by flooding in storm. Making a claim is always the test point for me with any insurance. Team were excellent from start to finish. Reviewed on: 19th August 2022

Easy to use and affordable
