Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Hassle-free and fair pricing.

Customer care have been helpful every time I've needed them and the online account to make changes on your own is very user-friendly. Recently changed cars and the process of changing the cover onto the new car was quick and easy, done in a few clicks of a button. Reviewed on: 19th August 2022

Not perfect but okay

Good insurance, but barter the price!
