Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Multicar cover

Easy to fill n the online quote forms and to take out cover. Competitive quote and good level of cover. I get emails from them offering g other services and a newsletter but I am not bombarded with too much communication that some other companies do. So fairly happy so far. Good Value Multi Car Policy and UK Call Centre

I have had a multi car policy with Admiral for several years now. I have put young drivers on as policy holders and myself as the administrator. Always the best value policy when I compare against other providers. Also a refreshing change to be able to speak to efficient and helpful UK based customer service advisors.
