Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

More Than stopped car insurance business.

My provider stopped providing car insurance. Being senior citizen I found it difficult.Comparison Sites were quoting too high premiums. Admiral agent was polite & helpful. In spite premium being high I agreed as too much time was spent looking for a reasonable quote. Reviewed on: 10th August 2024

A fantastic and friendly all round insurance company.

Easy to navigate around the online website, if you need to speak to someone, which I have done so, they are really helpful and friendly. I have car and home insurance policies and what is included is excellent for money. I also recently purchased travel insurance for a short holiday abroad, the website was so easy to navigate around, answers were easily detailed. When purchased I received confirmation straight away to my email inbox, whixh was great because I booked a very last minute break and was leaving in 2 days. I have nothing but good things to say about Admiral.

I have nothing but good things to say about my first year with Admiral Car Insurance. The price was one of the most competitive for the level of Insurance and I was offered a reduction for adding home insurance too! It has been an all round good move! Reviewed on: 10th August 2024

Admiral Insurance About The Best

I've been with Admiral for a number of years now and was involved in a car accident last year that was not my fault, just wrong place, wrong time. Admiral dealt with it swiftly and fairly which was a great relief. There's nothing worse when your expected to pay the price for something that wasn't your fault. Thankfully Admiral seen it the same way. I've been with a few insurance company's over the years but I would say overall, Admiral have been about the best. Long may that continue.
