Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great and easy to use!

Easy Car insurance

Been an Admiral customer for years and I hope to be for many years to come. They treat you right as a customer with the top-notch customer service advisors always being the easiest to deal with when anything goes awry and fast and efficient problem solvers. Cheapest by far with fair deals

Offered and fitted a black box which gave much cheaper options than other insurers, increased my premium after one year (Possibly due to house change), but still significantly cheaper than competitors Reviewed on: 15th August 2022
