Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best multi-car value

After getting quotes from a few others, Admiral was, by far, the best value. This renewal came in quite steep, so I informed them we would not be renewing. They called back later the same day with a new quote, over £250 less than that renewal price. It pretty much worked out as the same as last year. Considering the way every other cost has gone up, I thought this was a really good deal again. I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you have more than one vehicle to insure.
