Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great service, great price

I've returned to Admiral time and time again for their service and price. When I did have an accident it was dealt with quickly and professionally. When I was with another company, I felt really unsafe with the help they sent out, never had that problem with admiral! Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Wouldn't change provider

I have been a customer of admiral for at least 3 years now. After being involved in an accident last year, they provided the best service in making sure i got what i needed to help with my recovery.
