Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Does the job

Easy to renew and update details, a bit frustrating to have to ring up to negotiate lower premiums but with multicover the renewal quotes aren't too bad. They e made it easier to do stuff online now which I appreciate. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Good honest customer service and competitive rates

I prefer to call people rather than sort things online and I have always found the customer service team helpful and never been left without sorting what I needed. Saying this I recently changed my vehicle and changed it on my policy online and it was very easy and didn’t take too long. I also find the rates very competitive at admiral.
