Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Affordable, straight for to buy,

Amazing company

Really good company to have for car insurance. Staff are constantly there and you can always rely on them. Whenever I've needed them for a claim, they always help me through the process and are friendly with the constant check ups. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Admiral are Competitive
