Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Admiral - Amazing Insurance Provider

I’ve contacted admiral to update my policy and I was amazed at the customer service, everyone I spoke to were very polite and patient as I was having technical issues. Admiral also comes with an easy-to-use app for managing your policy. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024

Cheap and no hassle

Good price great service

Admiral against ageism

Having looked at numerous quotes for car insurance, and found lots of insurers discriminated against age, I chose Admiral because their customer services were excellent and their quotation was the best.
