I get to spend my earnings on other things too!

I had a small bump in December 2023 and to my surprise my insurance didn’t go up too much at all! It’s made a huge positive impact to my ability to save and spend my earnings elsewhere other than on car insurance. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

Admiral Comprehensive Car Insurance that's worthless

Whilst insured comprehensively through Admiral, a woman driving round a corner unchecked hit my car head on. You could hear damage to both my power steering & the gearbox as well as damaging my front bumper, bonnet & wing. The car was drivable the short distance home, but after being repaired it was painted plain black & not metallic, the power steering was only listened to not investigated as per the York garage it was taken to. They repainted the bumper, returned the car with a loose headlight, still a whining driving pump & a gearbox was noisy. Finally when it was returned, a few months after the gearbox failed & I was forced to sell the car at a loss. Admiral throughout never listened or believed me or my wife of the issues raised. No apology was offered & the car repairer couldn't have been less interested. It was more about how quickly they could turn the car around. Reviewed on: 4th September 2025

The iPhone app is very user-friendly, giving me easy access to my policy details and documents whenever I need them. Customer service has always been quick, professional, and solution-oriented. I also went through a small claim process in the past, and Admiral handled it smoothly with excellent communication and efficiency.
