I've had Admiral Car Insurance for a couple of years now, and my overall experience has been positive. Their customer service is prompt and helpful, especially when I had to file a claim last year. The process was straightforward, and I appreciated their clear communication throughout. Additionally, I found their rates to be competitive compared to other providers, and their multi-car discount was a nice bonus since my family has multiple vehicles. It’s nice to talk to an insurance provider who understands… every time we have called them they are very helpful and kind. Easy to make changes, good value for money

When looking at quotes for a new car, Admiral came in the cheapest by far. As a new driver, the ability to spend £50 to upgrade my policy, or £500 for a lower level of cover was an easy choice to make. The process of switching the vehicle on the policy was really easy and done through the app within a day. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024
