Overall Admiral keep offering the best price on the market, good product with a good level of cover. On the occasion you claim they are quick and efficient to handle your claim. The one fly in the ointment is the online/app servicing of your account is poor with continued issues and problems. But overall good product and service. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Amazing customer service

I had changed my address using the app and it was incredibly easy and these are the words of someone who struggles with apps etc. In addition to this, I had spoken to customer service when renewing my policy and the gentleman I'd spoken to was very personable and incredibly helpful and even helped me get a discount applied to my premium.
