When I was involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault they were very helpful in the long process where the 3rd party changed their story and tried to claim it was my fault, any time I needed to contact them they were very assuring and explained the processes and what would likely happen next, this was made much harder for everyone involved because it was going on through the Covid problems but they tried hard to be available.
