Overall Admiral keep offering the best price on the market, good product with a good level of cover. On the occasion you claim they are quick and efficient to handle your claim. The one fly in the ointment is the online/app servicing of your account is poor with continued issues and problems. But overall good product and service. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Excellent Claims Handling & Customer Service

Unfortunately I had an accident involving my much loved classic car which was a total loss. Admiral settled the claim quickly nd fairly considering the rarity of my car and hence the difficu6in assessing its value. After much searching, I bought a similar replacement vehicle. I'd expected a serious increase in premium on my Admiral Multicar policy but it was only around £20. This year's renewal premium was almost £300 cheaper! I added my brother to allow his use of my car when visiting the UK from his Spanish home and was pleasantly surprised at the modest cost to add him to my policy. All in all, considering I've only been with Admiral for 3 years, I've been extremely contented customer. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
