Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Good value, helpful service

The advisor was very flexible with a quote and his advice. Admiral was able to combine house insurance with our multicar insurance, and I saved over £200 by rationalising all my insurance in this way. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2022

Really helpful and easy to speak to

We changed one of our cars on multi car policy which would have increased our premium £5 and this was waived and updated the number plate and the handler was very helpful. Great service and support made it very easy to do. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2022
