Quick, easy, great

Seem ok

Seem ok, although annoying that they don’t give the cheapest deal for auto renewal. Had to go through compare the market. Then got charged twice by Admiral Reviewed on: 20th September 2018

Customer Service

When I called Admiral the service that I was provided over the phone was fantastic. When you move house it is a very stressful experience and when you are trying to arrange everything at once you want to ensure that you are setting everything up correctly. I must have called approx 7 different companies regarding various matters prior to calling Admiral and the service was not the best, however when I called Admiral they were great. Scott was extremely friendly and really made me feel at ease. He even laughed and shared humour with me, that put me at ease! Great service, please reward the gentleman! Good, efficient service with better cover than other insurers

The online service for arranging home insurance looked professional, was easy to understand and use and you could choose your level of cover. The silver level of cover offered better cover than many other insurers for a much cheaper price and I have been with Admiral for car insurance and they were pleasant and professional on the phone with UK based call centres.
