Very good customer service

I've joined admiral for my car insurance because it was the cheapest one on the market and even with that price admiral offered me deals to reduce the price. Later admiral contacted me with more deals to reduce the cost of my contract. Overall admiral does not bother you much, I've never had trouble with them and when i needed to upgrade my milage everything was confirmed with ease for a slight fee. I am very satisfied with Admiral and i would definetely choose them for any insurance i would need in the future and i would recomend admiral to anyone! Reviewed on: 17th September 2018

Great Customer Service

We needed to make a few alterations and considerations to our Multi cover policy. The handler was efficient, understanding and helpful and all of our queries on 3 cars and our home were dealt with in one relatively short phone call. Reviewed on: 17th September 2018

PLain and straight forward

I have used many different company's for insurance and why all are glad to talk to you at the start of the journey its not always easy to check information once your a member. With Admiral that has not been an issue. They are always easy to talk to at any time and glad to discuss tweaks and changes to your policy. I had the unfortunate chance to talk to them about a motoring accident this year and they took the hassle and worry right out of what was a very stressful situation. The overall savings I made through the multicover scheme made them very attractive compared to others and for once I did not move companies this year, but stuck with them as the best all round option. Friendly and helpful

When I switched from another company for my car insurance it was easy to do and they price was much better. Then I also switched my home insurance with a better price. It wasn’t made completely clear when the payment was taken but when I contacted admiral again,someone explained it thoroughly. Reviewed on: 16th September 2018
