Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Very restrictive policy conditions on locking house at night

Admiral insist on locking all doors at night, to secure premises. Very restrictive and unsafe in case of a fire Reviewed on: 19th August 2022

Good insurance

Easy to deal with
