Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Fantastic service

First time going for both cars & home insurance

I've had a really good experience with Admiral since joining them. I was curious about combined insurance & was overall happy with the pricing & the very helpful customer care I received. I've also had to make a claim a couple of months in - first accident for 25+ years - I could not fault the team to date with the help I have received. Never let me down
