Great experience, policy, and customer service

I’ve recently renewed my home insurance policy with Admiral. It was as easy to renew as it was to take out for the first time. I love that I can tailor make my own policy from the excess values to adding individual items of value. The added bonus of combining home and car insurance for both myself and spouse gave us a very welcome loyalty discount. The website was so easy to negotiate and the quote could be saved for later so we could shop around. I had a couple of queries and my messages were answered fully and very quickly. I easily retrieved the quote when we realised that Admiral had the most comprehensive and tailored policy to meet our needs. They were also the best value. Electronic documents save on paper and postage. They were emailed to me and are available in my online account. I’m sure we’ll be renewing again next year. Reviewed on: 18th August 2022

Ben we've been with admiral for 4-5 years now. The renewal quotes are always in line with quotes from other providers (give or take £10), plus they have good customer service, and the app and website are simple and easy to use.
