Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

This is the the second time I have renewed my home contents with Admirale. There remi der email was timely and to the point I called them to make a change and was informed I was number 3 in the queue When answered the Male staff remember was polite and very on the ball.
