Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Excellent service and value for money

Admiral have been very helpful offering multicover insurance for home and car at competitive prices. Their website is very user friendly and it’s easy to access all my documents. Easy to insure with and came to my help when the boiler broke

This is my 4th year with Admiral. Filling in the details about my house was hassle-free - I didn't feel that their questions were trying to trip me up. A few years ago the boiler packed up and a plumber was with us within 1 hour. Can't fault them. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
