Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Ideal insurance

Changed our house insurance to be with Admiral to take advantage of multi-cover as I already had my car insurance with them. Couldn’t have been easier to set up and very happy with the cover and price. Haven’t had to claim but any time I’ve had to speak to customer services before they’ve been very helpful. Continued support and excellent customer service!

I have been an Admiral customer for 15 years. Having insured several vehicles i am so pleased with their service and policies i have now included their Home Insurance as well.
