Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Best value for money

Really easy to set up the insurance and the call handler is always helping me with the best deals. I have home insurance and multi car insurance with admiral and I can say that there is nothing to beat them on the market. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

They were there when we needed them

I can honestly say I've managed to convince my friends and family to swap to Admiral for home insurance. After a house fire, they couldn't have done more for us. We were well looked after, everything replaced and repaired and they even found temporary accommodation for us that allowed us to continue to hand rear our 2 week old puppy. Grant was amazing, keeping us updated at every step and knew we were desperate to get back home. Worth every penny and I refuse to swap to anyone else because I know Admiral will be there if we ever needed them again. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
