Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Amazing service

Good customer phone help

Very good company

I have all 4 cars and my home insured with Admiral and also have a PCP agreement and have no complaints. My son’s car was recently written off and his claim was dealt with professionally and promptly. Great company to deal with. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022
