First call always

I've had house insurance and car insurance for years now. They are always competitive and will listen if you think you are paying to much. They do offer good rates if you take out more than one insurance. I find them 1st class. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Fab customer service

The lady who I spoke to after getting a quote for house insurance was amazing helpful. I had a really specific question about the personal liability insurance and she got in touch with the solicitors used by Admiral for me and checked through all the insurance documentation with her manager to make sure she wasn’t selling me a policy that wouldn’t cover me for what I needed. Returning customer

Been with admiral nearly 4years now and planning on staying with them longer. I’ve never had to claim on my home insurance but always had quick and very helpful answers and resolutions to my enquiries. Best insurance company

Have been a customer with Admiral for several years & always get a great deal when it comes to renewal. Unfortunately we had to make a claim on the house insurance a couple of years ago, but it was made very easy & everything was handled brilliantly, even though we had to wait a while due to the pandemic.
