Additional insurance easy to understand

When I wanted to add an additional insurance the person I spoke to led me through the details explaining everything in easy to understand sentences and it saved me money. Also the paperwork is also worded with clear English. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024

Admiral are courtesy and professional with customers.

We came to Admiral after we had a vert high increase in premiums from our Insurance company we had been with for many year.the previous insurer was rude and unhelpful when we enquired why our premium was so high, Admiral was very helpful. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024

Customer interest is the core of their business

Great customer service

When I first applied the agent was very helpful. I couldn’t complete the application on line as I had put something wrong because I had a lodger. She explained everything, put it right and my application continued. She also gave advice on flat roofs and what would be needed in the future. The renewal quote was competitive and so I renewed. Sine my first experience I have not needed to contact them. I find the seasonal newsletters very helpful and informative. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024
