Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Quick and easy

Multi home insurance

I have a multi home insurance policy for my home and also my parents and daughter’s homes. This brings down the cost for all of us. Admiral staff always very helpful when I call. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Good provider

Been with Admiral for several years now. I always compare deals before renewing and they will always try and match the lowest price or at least get near it so have been happy to stay with them. Their policies seem comprehensive and customer service is good. The website is customer friendly with online access to all your documents and you can make simple administrative changes yourself. Luckily I've not had to actually make a claim yet so can't speak to that aspect but otherwise been happy with them. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022
