Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Brilliant insurance company

Thankfully we've not had to claim from them, but speaking from past experience they go out of their way if you have any concerns or problems. I they keep me informed with any new information that be of interest to me. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
