Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Good prices and easy to understand

Great value hassle free

Whilst it haven’t yet made a claim, admiral have short waiting times, easy to change policies using the online system and multi cover is great value and good having all your insurances in one place Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Awesome customer service
