Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Quick phone pick up followed by a lovely friendly person to talk to

Multiple policies very happy

We have the home and multi car policy They were very helpful in setting up and later changing the policies. Also helpful when we had a non fault claim.
