Emergency water leak in bathroom

I discovered I had a water leak in the bathroom on a Sunday to the extent it was flooding the bathroom of the bathroom of the flat below me. I immediately rang Admiral, who were extremely prompt, efficient and gave me immediate authority to instruct an emergency plumber. I have to say that I was extremely impressed by their understanding of the gravity of my position bearing in mind that I am an elderly person who lives alone. Ahoy Admiral!

Been with admiral now for at least 5 consecutive years and hold both home and car insurance. They have always provided us with the cheapest quote and also been a policy that we can rely on due to the high standard of what it covers. I will always check ever year for a cheaper quote than them, and sometimes they will come.in more expensive on the renewal price. Amazing customer service, always best price.

Iv had a really positive experience form admiral, they have always had the best car insurance prices by far and also with the house insurance added on it really does bring everything down. When I rang about my renewal some figures didn’t seem quite right and with 1 phone call everything was sorted with no arguments. By far one of the best customers service teams I have dealt with. Great service.

Admiral customer service assistants are friendly and polite while maintaining a level of professionalism. There prices are very reasonable and multi cover is perfect as it keeps all policies in one place.
