Great customer service with good understanding.

Didn't feel like a sales pitch at all. The customer service team are understanding in our needs and work with us to help us both afford a policy and determine what is actually right for us. In a time of crisis with regards to cost of living, Admiral really helps put our minds at ease with regards to the safety and security of our home and our valuables within it. Great coverage. Great value

Easy to contact and reasonable prices

I have a multi policy with Admiral and their prices are decent. Premiums have gone down each year and still cheaper than prices quoted on price compare websites. Their customer services are easy to contact and usually resolve my issues on the spot. My only complaint is the admin fee charged to make policy changes, but I reckon most insurance companies have this. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
