Hassle free

Excellent

I have been with admiral for a number of years now and have a multi cover policy with a number of cars and three homes covered. I had the recent unfortunate pleasure if having to make a claim after a fire incident. Admiral have been brilliant throughout. Nothing was too much bother and they kept me informed on a regular basis. The claim was settled quickly and the whole distressing incident was made easier by their excellent service. No hassle insurance claim x

A few years ago and during a global pandemic I had a leak in my bathroom which I thought was only minor until an inspection found it was far worse than anticipated. Admiral were so helpful in every way from start to finish and my family and I ended up having to move out of our home for nearly three weeks while essential work was carried out. From start to finish the whole situation was handled amazingly by Admiral and under the circumstances of covid (very little tradesmen in work and hardly any accommodation available) it was all relatively stress free. I was constantly kept informed by the builders and Admiral and couldn't recommend them enough. They made an extremely stressful situation so much easier. What a legend

I have been admirals customer for a while now.. prior to buying a home I had a bad experience with other companies and their quotes. It admiral came to the rescue.. now everything ii own is insured by admiral and I could not be happier. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Reliable and trustworthy

Staff are helpful and patient and offer excellent advice and support. Being able to add your insurance policies (eg car) with the opportunity of a discount is a real advantage and I like having all insurances in one place and on the same renewal! Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
