Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Brilliant service

Took out home insurance last year. Had the cover I wanted, at a good price. Even better this year as cheaper for the same cover. Get regular updates on their products. And handy tips on how to fix things round the house,ie dripping taps. Very good company. Reviewed on: 19th August 2023

Clear and Easy Cover

We are a multi policy customer with with multiple covers all under on policy. This makes tracking our insurance so much easier, the home insurance is clear and simple, with 3 basic levels of cover - and on renewal we have compared cost for splitting up the various covers to individual providers and this would have been much more expensive .......
